These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Impact Photo Studio's website and services. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
Bookings and Payments
Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled session will incur a £100 cancellation fee.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking up to 72 hours in advance without penalty.
Studio Use
Conduct: You agree to use the studio in a manner that does not cause damage or disruption.
Equipment: Any damage to studio equipment will be charged to the client.
Cleanliness: The studio must be left in the same condition as it was found.
Liability
Impact Photo Studio is not liable for any personal injuries or damages to personal property occurring within the studio premises.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of UK.
Bookings:
Booking deposits vary from £50 to £150 and are taken on behalf of Impact Digital Studio to ensure clients show up for their appointments at Impact Digital Photography Ltd. The booking deposit paid is only refundable if you turn up on the day and time of your shoot, this is refunded within 14 days of your appointment. If you are successful and are offered the opportunity to purchase a professional portfolio, the deposit will be included in your professional package.
